Organising pages in your notebooks
In addition to creating and navigating pages, you can modify the structure of your Notebook by duplicating, repositioning, or moving pages to other Notebooks. These actions are managed from the More options menu.
Get to know the page overview
To begin:
- Tap the ⋮ (More options) icon in the toolbar.
- Select Page overview.
- Long-press on the page you’d like to edit. A Contextual menu will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Selecting pages
- Single page: Long-tap to select a page.
- Multiple pages: After selecting the first, tap on additional pages to include them.
- Deselect: Tap a selected page again or use the ✕ icon in the toolbar to clear all selections.
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see a counter showing the number of pages currently selected.
Repositioning pages
You can reorder pages within your Notebook using the arrow icons:
- |← Move the selected page left.
- →| Move the selected page right.
The currently active page is marked with a circle around its page number.
Duplicating pages
To quickly create a copy of a page:
- Select the page you’d like to duplicate.
- Tap the Duplicate icon.
- The duplicated page is placed at the end of the Notebook.
- A small pop-up will confirm the action and give you the option to Undo.
- You can also dismiss the pop-up manually by tapping ✕.
Moving pages
Pages can also be moved between different Notebooks, giving you more flexibility in organizing your content.
When you select Move page:
- You’ll be redirected to the Home screen.
From there, you can:
Place the page in another Notebook on the Home screen.
Place it in a Notebook within a folder.
Create a new Notebook (on the Home screen or inside a folder) and move the page there.
To finalize:
- Tap the Paste (↓) icon in the toolbar to drop the selected page(s) into the new location.
Tip: Duplicating and moving pages does not affect the original content; the source page always remains intact.
