Managing a notebook in Digital Paper doesn’t stop at just writing and turning pages. From the More options menu, you can access a variety of powerful tools to create, edit, organize, and even share your notebooks. This article walks you through each of these features step by step.
Adding and deleting pages
- New page: Add a new page instantly at the end of your Notebook. You’ll be redirected to it immediately, and it can later be moved if needed through Page overview.
- Delete page: Quickly remove the current page you’re working on. A confirmation pop-up ensures you won’t delete by mistake.
Important: Deleting a page cannot be undone with undo/redo. Once confirmed, the deletion is final.
Sharing notebooks
- Share entire Notebooks directly via email.
- Type or handwrite the recipient’s address, and the system will convert handwriting into text.
Requirements: Your device must be connected to the internet and synced with your Montblanc Cloud Account.
Changing templates
- Change the background template of your Notebook (e.g., lines, grids, dots).
- The new template applies to all pages within that Notebook.
Note: You cannot use multiple templates within a single Notebook.
Page overview
From the Page overview, you get a full thumbnail overview of your Notebook. At the top, the Notebook title is displayed, allowing you to switch between Grid and List views.
Page management tools
- Reposition: Move pages left or right within the Notebook.
- Duplicate: Copy a page, which will be added to the end of the Notebook. An undo option briefly appears.
- Move page: Transfer selected pages into another Notebook, Folder, or even create a brand-new Notebook from them.
- Delete pages: Remove one or multiple selected pages.
- Share pages: Send selected pages by email, just like full Notebooks.
Tip: You can select multiple pages at once by long-tapping and then tapping additional pages.

Notebook settings
Finally, Notebook settings let you customize at a higher level:
- Rename your Notebook.
- Change the cover to a variety of available designs.
Changes are only saved once you tap Apply.

Summary
The More options menu in Notebooks is your control hub. Whether you want to add, duplicate, or delete pages, share content, change templates, or customize your Notebook’s appearance, these tools give you full flexibility to organize your work.
