You can customize and manage your Companion App through the settings menu. This allows you to view account details, monitor storage, manage your device, and access support resources.
To access the settings, swipe to the top of your home screen and tap the menu in the top right corner. From the drop-down, select the settings icon.
Under Account, you can view and edit your personal information, including first name, last name, and email address.
You can also reset your password. Password changes require email verification and must include at least eight characters, one number, and one symbol. Be aware that changing your password on the Companion App updates it across all connected devices.
If needed, you can log out of your account or delete your Montblanc Cloud Account entirely. Deleting your account requires confirming twice to prevent accidental deletion and to acknowledge that all cloud-stored content will be permanently removed. Your files on the Digital Paper remain safe.
The Storage section shows an overview of used space, including how much is taken by different file types such as notebooks, PDFs, and eBooks. This helps you track your cloud storage usage and manage files efficiently.
The Manage device section allows you to remove your Digital Paper from your Montblanc Cloud Account. This is useful if switching devices or handing the device to someone else. To confirm removal, you must enter your Montblanc Cloud password.
In Language, you can set the preferred interface language for the Companion App. This setting affects only the app interface and does not change the language on your Digital Paper.
