Signing in to the Montblanc Companion App

Signing in to the Montblanc Companion App

Once the app is installed, open it and enter the email and password associated with your Montblanc Cloud Account. Tap → to log in.

Note: Please note that creating a Montblanc Cloud Account can only be done from your Digital Paper. If you do not have an account, navigate to settings on your Digital Paper to create one. Instructions can be found in Create an Account.

Forgot password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly in the app by tapping the ? icon next to the password field.

  1. Enter the email address linked to your Montblanc Cloud Account.
  2. Check your email inbox for a six-digit verification code. Ensure you also check the spam folder.
  3. Enter the verification code in the app.
  4. Set a new password with a minimum of 10 characters, including lowercase, uppercase, digits, and special characters. Re-enter the password to confirm. Use the eye icon to check for typos if needed.

Note: Any password changes made in the Companion App will apply across all devices connected to the same Montblanc Cloud Account, including your Digital Paper.

Common Issues

  • Device not paired to this account: This appears if you have created an account but have not verified your email. Check your inbox and verify the account first.
  • No internet connection: The Companion App requires an active internet connection. If disconnected, an error screen appears. Connect your device to Wi-Fi or mobile data via your device settings.

This ensures your files remain accessible wherever you go, while maintaining synchronization and security across all your devices.
