Signing in to the Montblanc Cloud
To access your Montblanc Cloud files on Digital Paper, you need to sign in with your existing account.
Sign in with your account
To log in, tap Sign in with your account and enter the email address and password linked to your Montblanc Cloud.
Note: Please note that your Montblanc Cloud Account can only be paired to one Digital Paper device.
If you sign in with an account that is already paired, the system will unpair it from the previous device and pair it with the one you are currently using.
Any files synced from the previous device will remain visible in your Cloud and appear on the newly paired Digital Paper.
What you can do once signed in
Once logged in, you can view your account details, including your Montblanc ID, first name, last name, and password. Tap any field to edit the information.
To update your password, go to the password field, enter your current password, then choose a new one.
Note: Your password must be at least 10 characters long and include lowercase and uppercase letters, one digit, and one special character.
Changing the password on the device also updates it across your entire account. Be aware that this action logs you out of other devices and apps, meaning you’ll need to use the new password when signing back in.
