Zugriff auf das Hilfezentrum

  1. Öffnen Sie auf Ihrem Digital Paper den Bereich Hilfezentrum.

  2. Auf dem Bildschirm wird ein QR-Code angezeigt.

  3. Scannen Sie diesen QR-Code mit einem mobilen Gerät, das QR-Codes erkennen kann.

  4. Sie werden automatisch zur Website des Hilfezentrums weitergeleitet, auf der Sie ausführliche Artikel und weitere Unterstützung finden.

Hinweis: Diese Funktion ermöglicht es Ihnen, das Hilfezentrum aufzurufen, ohne Ihr Digital Paper verlassen zu müssen oder ein zweites Gerät aktiv bedienen zu müssen. Unterstützung ist damit jederzeit schnell verfügbar.
