Changing your Montblanc Cloud password
Your Montblanc Cloud password protects your account and ensures only you can access your files and data. It is important to keep it secure and update it periodically if needed.
Change your account password
To update your Montblanc Cloud password on your Digital Paper:
- Navigate to Settings → Montblanc Cloud → Change account password.
- Enter your current password to verify your identity.
- Type your new password twice to confirm it. Make sure it meets the required criteria:
- Minimum of 10 characters
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one digit
- At least one special character
- Tap Apply to confirm your new password.
Alternatively, you can change your Montblanc Cloud password via the Companion App. Open the app, sign in with your account, and navigate to the password settings to update your credentials.
Note: Please note that changing your password on the device or the Companion App updates it across your entire Montblanc Cloud account. After updating, you will be logged out of the device and any other connected apps. You must use your new password to log in to the Companion App or any other linked service.
