Update your companion app

To access the latest features, make sure your Montblanc Digital Paper Companion App is updated to the latest version through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Once updated, sign in to your Montblanc Cloud account to get started.

New features

Sign in with biometrics

Accessing your Companion App is now quicker and more convenient. You can use biometric authentication, such as Face ID or fingerprint, to sign in without entering your login details each time.

Upload multiple files at once

You can now select and upload multiple files simultaneously in the Companion App.

Whether you're adding several documents at once or transferring a larger collection of files, you no longer need to upload each file individually. Simply select the files you want to upload and add them together using your file explorer on your computer, or your file library on your mobile devices.

Share files directly to the Companion App

You can now add and open files in the Companion App directly from other apps and file managers on your device.

When sharing a supported file, simply select the Montblanc Digital Paper Companion App from the available sharing options. The file opens directly in the Companion App, ready to sync to your Montblanc Cloud. This gives you a quicker way to transfer files without opening the Companion App first and manually selecting the file you want to upload.

Drag and drop files in the Web App

Uploading files through the Web App is now more convenient with drag and drop.

Select one or multiple supported files on your computer and drag them directly into the Web App to upload them to your Montblanc Cloud.
